Process: To create the client retention e-learning course for Momentum Fitness Palace, a needs analysis with SMEs to identify gaps and set learning goals was conducted. Then, a detailed design document outlining the course structure was drafted. During development, Articulate Rise 360 was utilized to to add engaging interactions. Finally, the course was published and implemented according to the gym's compliance requirements.
Evaluation: The Kirkpatrick Model's Level 2 evaluation would assess participant engagement and knowledge retention, while Level 3 would focus on behavioral changes and the practical application of skills.
